Attractions



This is an in-city benefit, whereby the eligible customer will visit the attraction (with one-guest), and present the eligible “mean of access” to the staff at a designated window/ticketing counter at the attraction (prior to doing any purchase). Once verified, the customer will be presented with at least two-tickets and welcomed into the attraction. The customer will NOT be charged for the offered service as per the Véloce World program.

Unless stated otherwise, all below venues are available to eligible customers on a (THREE-visits-per-year/per attraction). All benefits automatically available to the main cardholder, as well as each supplementary cardholder + one guest for each.

Terms & Condition

 

  1. All attractions (except Kidzania, Ferrari World, ICE Rink, Dubai Parks/Resorts & Disneyland), require presentation of the eligible card to the designated ticketing desk, in order to verify eligibility, and handover the tickets to the customer to access the attraction.
  2. Magic Planet: requires presentation of eligible card to the designated customer- service desk, in order to verify eligibility, and handover a “one preloaded card with the equivalent of USD 85” to the customer to avail at the attraction.
  3. Kidzania (Dubai Mall): requires the customer to show a “QR Code” that the customer can download from veloceworld.com or a mobile application, in order to gain access. Access to the attraction is provided to the customer, by proceeding to the “fast-track” counter, and identifying him/herself to the staff at the counter.
  4. Ferrari World: requires the customer to show a “QR Code” that the customer can download from veloceworld.com or a mobile application, in order to gain access. Access to the attraction is provided to the customer, by proceeding to the main ticketing gates, and identifying him/herself to the staff by presenting the “QR Code” which they’ve downloaded onto their mobile phone. Inclusive of all available attractions. Exclusive of food and drink.
  5. ICE Rink (Dubai Mall): requires the customer to show a “QR Code” that the customer can download from veloceworld.com or a mobile application, in order to gain access. Access to the attraction is provided to the customer, by proceeding to the main ticketing counter, and identifying him/herself to the staff by presenting the “QR Code” which they’ve downloaded onto their mobile phone. The basic equipment for skating (shoes), will be included as part of the access benefit. Exclusive of food, drink & coaching.
  6. Disneyland (Paris): the customer is required to physically visit “Altayer Travel Office” or their appointed representative in town, identify him/herself to the staff as a “Veloce customer”, by presenting the eligible VISA card. The staff will then swipe the card in our PDA, to verify the customer’s eligibility, once verified, the staff will handover the customer (two park tickets with unlimited access for one full day). Exact address of each office in various cities will be listed on the website/application.
  7. I-Fly (City Centre Mirdif Dubai): requires the customer to show a “QR Code” that the customer can download from veloceworld.com or a mobile application, in order to gain access. Access to the attraction is provided to the customer, by proceeding to the main ticketing counter, and identifying him/herself to the staff by presenting the “QR Code” which they’ve downloaded onto their mobile phone. Included in the offer are, 20-minutes briefing session, the basic I-Fly gear (flying suite, helmet, disposable socks & goggles) and one-to-one tunnel session with instructor. Exclusive of food, drink and photos.
  8. SKI Dubai (Mall of the Emirates): requires the customer to show a “QR Code” that the customer can download from veloceworld.com or a mobile application, in order to gain access. Access to the attraction is provided to the customer, by proceeding to the main ticketing counter, and identifying him/herself to the staff by presenting the “QR Code” which they’ve downloaded onto their mobile phone. Included in the offer are, The Polar gives you unlimited access to the Snow Park and Giant Ball with one-ride each on Mountain thriller and chairlift and a pair of fleece gloves. Exclusive of coaching, food & drink.
  9. The allowed number of visits to each attraction is (three). Hence, a customer can only visit any attraction separately once-a-month, with a total of three-visits per year-per attraction.
  10. There are no restricted times or dates on accessing the outlets, unless it’s a general change to the rules and timings that applies to all customers.
