Airport VVIP Terminal



This is an airport benefit, whereby the eligible customer will be able to book the special service (including one guest) at more than 40 airports worldwide (list attached separately). The service will be available (four times per year) The customer will be met in front of the airplane’s gate, escorted down the stairs to the tarmac (usually a side door from the aerobridge), where a limousine will be waiting on the tarmac. The customer will be taken to a separate building/terminal, whereby he/she will be seated in a special private lounge, while the escorting staff clears the immigration formalities and collects the luggage. Once everything’s ready, the customer will be escorted to chauffeured limousine, where he/she will be dropped off at their final destination.

The customer will NOT be charged for the offered service as per the Véloce World program. All benefits automatically available to the main cardholder, as well as each supplementary cardholder + one guest for each.

How to avail the service + Terms (only eligible customers):

  1. Customer must register his/her details in our website/mobile application (once in a lifetime).
  2. Customer must login (later it'll be auto-login).
  3. Customer needs to select the (VVIP Terminal Service) from the menu of benefits.
  4. A drop-downmenu will appear, and the customer will need to select a destination where he/she wants the service.
  5. A request form (name, date of arrival, time of arrival, airline.. etc) will pop-up, the customer needs to fill it out and click submit (must be done at least 48-hours prior to arrival).
  6. Customer will receive an emailed confirmation upon successful submission/receipt of the request.
  7. Benefit available to the cardholder three-times a year.
  8. Benefit available on arrival only.
  9. Benefit available to cardholder only.
  10. Service cannot be booked on behalf of another person.
  11. From the first time the customer activates/uses the service, it will be available to him/her every 90-days (total four times a year).
